Liposculpture (liposuction)

Liposuction is a surgical procedure in which subcutaneous fat is sucked out using cannulas inserted through small incisions in the skin after preparation using a physiological solution containing adrenaline (to restrict bleeding) and local anaesthetics. By using this technique, disturbing localised fat deposits can be corrected. Liposuction is the ideal procedure for aesthetically improving body contours, but not the best solution for losing weight. Liposuction is popular for tummy, love-handle, thigh and breast treatments.
